How do I register for classes?
Option One: Go to the home page. Scroll down and select the class you are interested in attending. Press the SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT button to be taken to the registration page. Select SIGN UP for the class you'd like to attend. In-put your information (email and phone number are required). Either select REDEEM PACKAGE to use a class pass or select PAY NOW to purchase the class at the drop in rate of $15.

Where can I park if I am driving to class?
STUDIO Classes - There is street parking directly in front of the studio and a parking lot caddy corner to the studio.
PARK Classes - Bayne Park has a parking lot off of Teece Ave, make a right off of North Balph Ave. You can also park directly on Teece Ave.
What should I bring to class?
STUDIO Classes - Yoga mat, props of your choice, water bottle
PARK Classes - Yoga mat, props of your choice, water bottle, blanket or sheet to lay under your mat (especially if you don't like the feel of grass)
What if I'm registered for a PARK class but the weather is questionable?
Your instructor will email/text you within one hour of class start time to let you know if class is moved to the studio due to inclement weather. If you would rather not attend the studio class a refund will be applied if you email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting one.
I've never done yoga, what class should I try?
Yoga Foundations, Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga are the best class for learning the basics of yoga; however, all of our instructors welcome all levels in Yoga All Levels and Vinyasa.
Bring A Friend Promotion
Bring a friend or family member to any class you are registered for and the class is free for the new student. Grab a free retail item on us as a thank you for bringing in new students!
Guided Group Hikes
A safe way to explore the woods!
Hikes will be mostly moderate and fluctuate between 20-25 minutes miles depending on terrain and trail conditions. Supportive shoes and water are encourage and hiking poles are a great bonus.
